Brinjal Bonanza

Brinjals are rather versatile veggies. It goes well in curries, masak sambal belacan, deep fried and tempra, among others. Cook it well and it'll be all soft and nice and totally basking in the flavour of the gravy. Here are two brinjal dishes that I whipped up recently.

Terung cili garam. Something different from the usual goreng sambal belacan.
