More food!

Fried assam prawns... wanted it to have a darker look... hmmm..

have to be dryer to get the darker look on your prawns. next time try to marinade with the skin skali then cook with high heat.

yep high heat locks the juices in quickly cuz it sears the outer part. otherwise, it will be hard to becum garing and wangi cuz of the slow cooking allows juices fr the prawns to come out (che wah!)
My first couple of attempts failed too - will try this method definitely next time!
